1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Chatbox mobile application (Package ID: zarvonis.editor.app) or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Zarvonis Ventures Private Limited ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").

2. License and Permitted Use

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, personal license to use the Chatbox application on compatible mobile devices for personal, lawful communication utility purposes.

You agree NOT to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or derive the source code of Chatbox.
  • Use the application for spamming, harassment, illegal surveillance, or unauthorized data scraping.
  • Bypass, disable, or tamper with security or subscription verification mechanisms.
  • Redistribute, sublicense, rent, or lease the application without written permission.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights in Chatbox, including user interface designs, branding, logos, graphics, icons, and software code, are the sole property of Zarvonis Ventures Private Limited.

WhatsApp is a registered trademark of WhatsApp LLC / Meta Platforms, Inc. Chatbox is an independent third-party tool and does not claim ownership over any Meta trademarks.

4. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

Chatbox offers optional paid passes and VIP subscription plans (e.g., ₹1 Trial, Weekly VIP, Monthly VIP) to unlock premium features:

  • Billing: Payments are processed securely via the Google Play Store In-App Billing system.
  • Auto-Renewal: Recurring subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior via Google Play Subscription Settings.
  • Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify pricing tiers with reasonable advance notice in accordance with Google Play developer guidelines.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Chatbox is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. While we strive to maintain uninterrupted functionality, we do not warrant that the application will be completely error-free or uninterrupted, especially during third-party web protocol updates.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Zarvonis Ventures Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the application.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of Chatbox following any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
